LifeCenter Organ Donor Network

For ten years now, we have been fortunate enough to work with LifeCenter Organ Donor Network. Through the years we have not only supported their mission through photography, but with video as well. From portraits to be used as a part of their annual calendar to incredibly impactful testimonies, our work with LifeCenter has been an emotional and rewarding journey.

We are especially proud of our work with LifeCenter as through our work we have been able to increase awareness to the Cincinnati region to the desperate need to have people register as Organ, Eye, and Tissue donors.

Nick’s Heart

In 2016, we were fortunate enough to travel to Minnesota to witness a local Northern Kentucky meet the man who received her son’s heart. “Nick’s Heart” became an instant favorite of ours. Watching Debbie meet Brian, the man whose life was saved by Nick and his heart, was nothing short of inspiring. It was one of those jobs where, while filming it, you had to detach yourself just a bit. Just simply so you don’t start crying. :).

“Nick’s Heart” became one of the most successful pieces we have created for LifeCenter, racking up hundreds of thousands of views and even being shared by Upworthy.

Empty Spots

“Empty Spots” was a series that we conceptualized and produced for LifeCenter throughout 2021. It consisted of 30 second commercials to be used for both broadcast and for social media outlets. The aim of the series was to bring attention to the empty spots that those who pass while waiting for their life saving gift leave behind.

Annual Calendar

Every year one of LifeCenter’s main activations is an annual calendar. The calendar features at least 12 participants who have been affected by organ, eye, and tissue donor. During the production of the calendar we not only take portraits to be used for the printed calendar, but we also interview the participants to hear their connection to donation.
